Sports Programs
Before starting electro stimulation training, certain
basic concepts must be made clear in relation to sports
training. Every type of sport contemplates improving
certain physical qualities that can also be trained using
an electro stimulator. It is best therefore to use the
programs suited to the type of sport being practiced.
Endurance
Increases the resistance of fatigue in conditions of
prolonged effort. Maximizes the capacity of the fibers and
increases the resistance and actual aerobic ability of the
muscle. The Endurance Program works with a medium
intensity, alternated with periods of rest. The program is
intense, and can replace the traditional long sessions of
resistance training, often responsible for exhausting
tendons and the skeletal system.. The frequency used in
this program goes from 10 to 25 Hz, with a recovery or
resting period of 1 Hz from 3 to 7 seconds. Remember a
good athlete warms up and then progressively increases the
intensity and the variation of training.
Resistance
The objective is to increase the muscular resistance to
the greatest prolonged effort, working the muscle fibers
in anaerobic condition with consequent secretion of lactic
acid. This program replaces trainings that normally take a
lot of time and energy. The muscles involved in the
development of resistance to force are mainly those with
slow reactivity, muscles used in activities that you do
all the time over and over again. The electric stimulation
of the muscle fibers is of 40-60 Hz; this is very good for
the development of force. This ratio of force and recovery
produces increased resistance
You can easily see visible results after sessions of
electro stimulation using the specific programs. The
muscle fibers are submitted to special work conditions
that are specific to each program. Deep reductions and
repeated decrease of loss of oxygen to the cells increases
the production of lactic acid. Submitted to these
workloads the metabolism of good cells increase hormones
and production of the muscle fibers, causing real growth
and muscle mass
Force
Force is necessary in sports discipline. The sessions of
electro muscle stimulation allow you to integrate normal
training in the gym, or to replace your gym training for a
certain period of time, for example during the winter
months. The electric impulses distributed for the
development of force involves type two white muscle
fibers.
Power
The protocols and settings dedicated to the development of power and building muscle, work almost exclusively on the white fibers. This gives the greatest level of training dedicated to building muscle. This specific training is necessary for every sport, which requires the muscle to exert force over and over in a very short period of time. The impulses applied to the muscle, can reach the 100-120 Hz. The duration is not more than 3 to 5 seconds, followed by a period of recovery of at least 30 seconds; this is necessary to restore the biological capacity of the fibers after intense effort. The resting phase is important because it is extremely low, only 1 Hz to give the muscle the greatest capacity of relaxation. This program allows you to build muscle going at your own pace.
Recovery
Recovery is extremely important to muscular metabolism.
After intense activity, the muscle used stretches out and
this reduces the muscles ability to respond to repeated
stimulation. Such phenomenon is defined scientifically as
“muscular toil” and can cause if prolonged, the breakdown
of muscle fibers, and a strong production of lactic acid.
The Recovery Program aids in the production of lactic acid
and in time restores the elasticity of the muscle. The
Recovery Program needs to be applied from 3 minutes to 15

Beauty Programs
SLIM
SLIM is used in reducing fatty tissue areas. Localized
fatty tissue is caused by bad eating habits and a
sedentary lifestyle, which is increasingly more
widespread. The problem is universally acknowledged as
producing considerable aesthetic damage, as well as being
bad for the health. The specific frequencies of the SLIM
program submit the treated area to dynamic muscular

circulation action, this can also be an ideal tool for
combating cellulite. Cellulite is in fact an unsightly
defect based on defective primary microcirculation,
leading to alteration of the fatty tissue and connective
fibers; a constant and combined use of the SLIM and MIX
programs, possibly coupled with a healthy eating plan, can
give remarkable results.
VISO
This program works with specific frequencies and times for delicate facial muscles.
VISO helps in the prevention and correction of loss of face, neck muscle tone and skin tone. Exercise for the neck muscle prevents the relaxation of neck skin. Prevents neck and cheek folds due to excess skin and bags below the eyes. VISO helps in prevention and reduction of wrinkles. REHAB
Electro muscle stimulation has become known and widely
used in the medical field and physical therapy. Some
surveys have shown that voluntary re-education produces
better results when it is associated with electro
stimulation. It has now become indispensable during
rehabilitation. After an injury or surgery muscles are
often forced into a long period inactivity. In such
conditions they quickly become atrophic and lose their

Reinforcement
This program aids in complete recovery of the normal
functions of your muscle, allowing restoration of muscle

force and resistance.
TENS
Tens is a widely used method in trauma, strokes and
physically therapy by hospitals and clinics all over the
world. TENS is a technique used to relieve pain in an
injured or diseased part of the body in which electrodes
applied to the skin deliver intermittent stimulation to
surface nerves, blocking the transmission of pain signals.
Deco traction increases the blood traffic to the muscle
fibers, helping to stretch the cervical area of the spine.
Stimulation helps to increase endorphins this acts as
natural analgesic, and is recommended in the lumbar area.
